What's the difference between Star and Moon?
Only what the astronaut is holding: a plump star or a crescent moon. Mist, glow and price are identical, so pick the one that suits its new home. Or get both as a pair.
What can I plug it into?
Any standard 5V USB power source: a laptop, a power bank or a USB wall adapter. It draws just 1W.
Is it quiet enough for a bedroom?
Yes. It runs under 36dB, so it's easy to sleep, read or take calls beside it.
What water should I use?
Distilled or filtered water is best. It keeps the mist clean, the cotton wick fresh longer and prevents white mineral dust on nearby surfaces.
Can I add essential oils?
A drop or two of a water-soluble aroma oil adds a hint of scent. Undiluted oils can clog the wick and nozzle, so keep it light.
How do I clean it?
Unplug it, empty the tank and wipe it with a soft cloth once a week. Rinse, air-dry and refill. If the mist weakens, check the cotton wick and swap it when it looks discolored. Never submerge the astronaut.
